The role

Leads the strategy, implementation, and management of compliance audit programs to support the organization's strategic vision and core values. Oversees Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Section 302 and 404 testing, new compliance audit programs, and risk-based audits across gas and electric utilities.
