The role
A Frontend Developer is required in Bradford to develop and maintain high-quality, responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms using HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS. The role involves creating reusable components and design systems for consistent digital experiences, applying modern styling techniques such as CSS Grid, Flexbox, and SASS/LESS, and optimising performance to meet Core Web Vitals standards. The developer will also build cross-platform mobile applications with frameworks like React Native or Flutter, implement secure authentication, and safeguard applications against vulnerabilities following OWASP guidelines. Integration of e-commerce tools and APIs for personalised content and loyalty features is essential, alongside managing complex application states with libraries such as Redux or Context. Ensuring comprehensive testing through unit, integration, and automation is a key part of the role.
