The role
As a Lead Data Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in data architecture, design and implement multi-layered data workflows, and drive scalable data products.
Build and maintain data models and pipelines across multiple sources and storage systems to enable analysis and modeling at scale.
Ensure high-quality code, rigorous testing, and adherence to data governance, privacy, and industry standards.
Mentor software and data engineers, promote best practices, and drive improvements to development processes, while partnering with Product Managers and Designers to understand user needs.
Lead complex feature design/implementation and manage large-scale data-driven applications, ML workflows, and cloud-based architectures.
Collaborate across global teams and time zones, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
