The role
As a Business Analyst with Scrum Master responsibilities, you will own requirements discovery and translate business needs into clear user stories for complex payment systems.
You will leverage GenAI-driven data analysis to inform decisions, optimize processes, and uncover insights across international payments initiatives.
Bring deep payments domain expertise (domestic wires, MT/ISO standards, SWIFT, CHIPS, FED) to design scalable, compliant solutions and migrations.
Lead migrations from domestic wires to modern, tokenized deposits and vendor-API enabled international payment rails, balancing build-from-scratch efforts with migration challenges.
Collaborate across banking relationships and vendors; apply Gherkin/Cucumber storytelling and backlog grooming as a BA who can also serve as Scrum Master.
Be a proactive self-starter with strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to deliver results in a fast-paced, global payments environment.
