The role
The position involves performing manufacturing tasks such as sanding, masking, painting, and using hand tools to produce electrical components. Employees are responsible for maintaining quality standards and adhering to health and safety regulations within the factory. Good communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail are essential, alongside the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. The role requires physically fit individuals capable of handling manual tasks and being flexible across different factory areas.
