The role
Design, build, and operate scalable machine learning systems for real-time targeting and personalization.
Own ML projects end-to-end—from data exploration and modeling to deployment, monitoring, and iteration—with a strong sense of ownership.
Safeguard model and system quality through testing, validation, monitoring, and alerting.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and engineering efficiency while mentoring peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Thrive in a fast-paced, late-stage startup environment and contribute to technical direction and best practices.
