The role
Develop and implement efficient production processes to increase productivity and minimize waste.
Audit current operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and analyze production metrics.
Design and deploy new processes and equipment to enhance efficiency and quality.
Train staff on new processes and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and process flows.
Monitor performance, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and pursue cost-saving initiatives.
