The role
Serve as a trusted legal advisor to North American leadership, delivering practical, business-focused guidance across multiple legal disciplines.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor, customer, logistics, and technology agreements to enable operations and growth.
Manage real estate acquisition and development for new facilities, including land purchase, zoning, title, and permitting.
Provide legal oversight on construction and infrastructure matters, negotiating design-build and EPC contracts.
Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and post-closing integration.
Advise on labor, employment, governance, and compliance, collaborating with HR and global legal teams.
