The role
Design and implement novel ML models and algorithms to tackle ambiguous customer problems where textbook solutions do not exist.
Extend state-of-the-art techniques and invent new approaches driven by project needs, with rigorous experimentation and documentation.
Write production-quality code and deploy components into large-scale production systems, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Optimize model and algorithm performance through testing, profiling, and iterative improvements; emphasize reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scientific problems, metrics, and roadmaps.
Mentor junior scientists, present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to hiring and strategic planning.
