The role
A Data Scientist works with cross-functional teams to develop bespoke AI models and scalable data solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and project delivery excellence. They design end-to-end data science architecture, steer project scope, and build strong client relationships as a technical advisor. Their responsibilities include delivering high-impact algorithms, maintaining high standards for code quality, and contributing to thought leadership through teaching and open-source projects. They must have proven experience in data science or quantitative research, with strong Python skills and expertise in libraries like NumPy and Pandas. A deep understanding of core data science techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and time-series analysis is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and to contribute effectively to team planning and strategic goals.
