The role
The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to high standards. They will change linens, dust, polish, vacuum, and ensure bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. The role involves responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to safety and security policies. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, alongside maintaining confidentiality and a professional appearance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year's customer service experience.
