The role
Own the storytelling process from pitch to write, shoot, interview, and edit.
Report local issues across TV, streaming, and digital platforms with accuracy and urgency.
Engage with community members in the field to uncover diverse perspectives.
Work under tight deadlines, cover breaking news, and adapt to weather events.
Proficient in video shooting, editing, and leveraging social media to reach audiences.
Requirements: 3+ years of TV news reporting; Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism or related field; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 30 pounds; willingness to travel and work varied shifts.
