The role
Join a patient-centered care team delivering urgent and primary care in a community health setting.
Under supervision, assist medical providers with administrative and clinical tasks using Electronic Health Records.
Responsibilities include rooming patients, documenting visits, performing basic lab tests, vaccine injections, and phlebotomy.
Support front desk operations, handle referrals, discharge instructions, patient education, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain infection control, stock medical supplies, sterilize instruments, and manage inventory.
Require CPR certification, ability to lift 25 pounds, and a commitment to quality improvement and compassionate care.
