The role
Lead applied AI initiatives by bridging research and product to turn frontier generative models into production features across our app and API.
Experiment rapidly, build rigorous evaluations and datasets, and define success metrics for quality, latency, and cost.
Fine-tune and deploy models for creative use cases (text-to-image, image-to-text, image enhancement and editing, multimodal) with measurable gains.
Develop safe, reliable ML systems with monitoring, safety checks, and scalable deployment practices.
Own 0-to-1 projects that shape Applied AI practices and collaborate with product, research, engineering, and infra to deliver user value.
You will curate and label data, design evaluation corpora, and analyze failure modes to continuously improve performance.
