The role
Responsibilities include creating, modifying, and troubleshooting robotic methods on liquid handling devices (e.g., Hamilton STAR) and integrated systems to enable automated high-throughput workflows.
Conduct validation testing to qualify developed protocols for production use and ensure compliance with release criteria.
Transfer and revalidate established processes across multiple Automation Core platforms.
Collaborate with instrument vendors and internal support to implement hardware and software upgrades.
Provide hands-on training to team members on new equipment, methods, and procedures.
Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced research environment to design, develop, and deploy new integration projects, applying strong problem-solving skills.
