Senior Estimator Fit-Out & Remedial Works

The Senior Estimator Fit-Out is responsible for estimating fire safety, compliance, and remedial works across commercial and public sector buildings. The role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess project costs and scope of works, as well as building relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the tender process. Preparing project budgets, cost plans, and tender submissions aligned with client needs and company goals is essential, along with conducting risk assessments and value engineering exercises to maximise profitability. Candidates should have extensive experience in construction estimation, preferably within fire protection, fire doors, automated doors, or M&E sectors, and familiarity with public sector projects is highly advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and excellent communication skills are required, alongside strong organisational and teamwork capabilities.
