The role
Support a fast-paced personal injury litigation team from intake through trial.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering updates and gathering documentation.
Maintain organized case files, manage medical records, discovery materials, and trial exhibits using the case management system.
Monitor deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates to ensure timely compliance.
Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and trial documents with high accuracy; assist with trial preparation.
Provide in-trial support by coordinating witnesses, subpoenas, exhibits, and trial notebooks, and attending proceedings as needed.
