The role
Human Resources Manager:
Reports to: Operations Leadership and CHRO.
Oversee employee relations, develop and execute HR strategies, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Lead or support internal investigations, analyze trends, and draft documentation.
Partner with operations and Talent Acquisition to obtain skilled talent.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience in blue-collar industries, with expertise in investigations and high-risk personnel issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage high workloads, and leverage technology, including HRIS systems and AI.
Must be willing to travel up to 40% and perform computer-based tasks for prolonged periods.
