The role
You will build and maintain the algorithms and infrastructure that power RL-based model training at scale.
Focus on speed, reliability, and usability of training pipelines used by finetuning researchers.
Work on high-performance distributed systems, large-scale LLM training, and RLHF implementations.
Profile and optimize training pipelines, automate job launches in test environments, and diagnose slowdowns.
Contribute to enabling researchers to push the frontier of steerable, safe AI through robust tooling.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team, practice pair programming, and prioritize impact and clear communication.
