The role
Lead the end-to-end development of production-ready AI/ML solutions, from concept to customer delivery.
Own architecture, deployment, performance, reliability, and operational excellence for AI systems.
Partner with Product Management to shape a differentiated AI roadmap beyond general LLM capabilities.
Build and scale a high-caliber ML engineering team from ~4 to 20+ engineers, mentoring senior staff.
Drive production operations, monitoring, incident response, release readiness, and customer-facing support.
Collaborate with external customers and partners to ensure revenue impact and long-term platform success.
