The role
Participates in planning, design, construction oversight, and inspection of municipal public infrastructure projects.
Reviews engineering plans and specifications for compliance with applicable standards and codes.
Produces engineering drawings and designs using CAD software (MicroStation/Intergraph).
Conducts on-site construction inspections and field coordination activities.
Performs basic field surveying and utilizes GIS to support maintenance of utility and infrastructure databases.
Provides technical information and coordination to contractors, property owners, and residents, supporting project success and safety.
