The role
Learn and apply safe operation of material handling equipment while transporting materials of varying sizes, shapes, and weights.
Maintain accuracy in work and precise record-keeping for inventory and production processes.
Operate supporting processing equipment (parts washers, chip processing, production saw, floor scrubber) as required.
Work the 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and occasional Saturday hours.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read safety rules and procedures, basic math, and physical ability to lift 30–40 lb unassisted and up to 70 lb with assistance.
Pre-employment drug screen and physical capabilities tests; starting wage $19.78/hr with 3.5% shift premium, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 after orientation and $1,000 after one year).
