The role
Own the product strategy and roadmap for a next-generation Merchant Data Platform, focusing on data enrichment, governance, and scalable experiences. Collaborate with clients and internal teams across the payments ecosystem to co-create solutions and translate needs into clear user stories. Drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams across research, design, and engineering, aligning goals, timelines, and risk, and producing thorough requirements. Synthesize platform capabilities into a cohesive product stack and enable go-to-market activities, coordinating with program management, finance, operations, legal, and partners. Leverage big data, GenAI/ML, and geospatial/POI data expertise to ensure data quality, scalability, and responsible use, while maintaining privacy and governance. Communicate status to senior leadership, influence stakeholders, and maintain an execution-focused approach to delivering robust, reliable payments solutions.
