Deliver patient-centered physical therapy to individuals of all ages in home health and nearby communities.
Assess, treat, and optimize functional mobility using evidence-based protocols and individualized care plans.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation for medical necessity and billing while adhering to regulatory standards.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
Fulfill ongoing education requirements and participate in supervision and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
