The role
Coordinate end-to-end activation kit logistics for premium brand activations across Northern New Jersey, Central New Jersey, and NYC.
Manage pickup from storage, transport to on-premise and off-premise accounts, and professional setup per visual guidelines.
Ensure timely installations and efficient post-event breakdown, and return kits to storage after events.
Provide clear documentation with photos of completed setups and breakdowns while maintaining organized materials.
Requires a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to drive in NYC/NJ with strong punctuality and communication.
Part-time, freelance role with events typically lasting 2–4 hours and potential for recurring weekly work.
