The role
Manage a busy family law and probate docket from intake through resolution, working largely independently with oversight as needed.
Draft and file court documents, including temporary orders, motions, and final hearings.
Represent clients in court hearings, probate proceedings, and mediation sessions.
Attend in-office meetings as required and travel to Bexar County and surrounding counties for hearings and filings.
Handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing urgent issues and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Part-time contract role with remote work options; paralegal support is available to assist on the docket.
