The role
Lead a cross-functional team of 5-10 engineers to design and deliver cloud frameworks, automation tools, workflows, and validation platforms on public cloud platforms.
Own the vision for enabling a full suite of applications on Google Cloud, collaborating with teams across geographies.
Drive execution by partnering with product owners and architects to build best-in-class services at scale.
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members, while hiring and shaping the talent pool.
Contribute hands-on when needed to reinforce release commitments and deepen product understanding.
Champion engineering excellence through best practices, agile methods, CI/CD, unit testing, and a culture of inclusion and influence.
