The role
Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and Looker dashboards to support operational reporting for lending operations.
Lead strategic analytics projects that uncover critical insights and promote operational improvements for small businesses nationwide.
Provide daily analytics support to operations teams and enable self-service data access to maximize impact.
Perform ad-hoc analyses of operational performance trends to inform executive decisions and strategic direction.
Communicate findings clearly to partners and executives through verbal, visual, and written storytelling.
Partner with cross-functional teams—Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering—to translate requirements into actionable data deliverables.
