Senior Manager, Forward-Deployed Data Science

Lead a high-impact team of Forward-Deployed Data Scientists focused on helping customers adopt and scale Fin, driving measurable improvements in support automation and customer experiences. Embed with strategic customers to map workflows, data sources, and business challenges, then design data-driven AI solutions that unlock real value. Set the vision for AI adoption, measurement, and reliability, guiding customers toward best practices and clearly defined success metrics. Partner with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver seamless deployments, gather feedback, and shape product evolution. Prototype, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions at pace, building reusable tools and templates to accelerate future engagements. Develop the team’s capabilities, establish repeatable playbooks, and mentor data scientists to maximize long-term customer and product impact.
