The role
The role involves assembling, inspecting, and testing electrical and mechanical components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Candidates will carry out wiring, installation, fault finding, and maintenance of electrical systems while also performing mechanical fitting duties such as cutting and drilling. The position requires a good understanding of engineering standards, the safe use of tools, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to meet production targets. Responsibilities include building cooling systems, performing brazing, maintaining documentation, and supporting team activities. Candidates should have previous relevant experience, the ability to interpret technical diagrams, and a safety-conscious approach to work. The role is based in Rugby, offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
