The role
Provide timely responses to distribution issues through daily collaboration with operations, distributors, and stakeholders.
Lead efforts to improve domestic and international distribution performance with cross-functional teams.
Analyze distributor performance data to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
Monitor metrics against agreements, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions with partners.
Support contingency planning, crisis management, regional store visits, and process improvement initiatives.
Design and support training programs for the Distribution Services team and participate in strategic projects.
