The role
Lead frontend development focused on UX/UI to deliver compelling web app experiences.
Own the full SDLC from design through deployment, with strong collaboration across teams.
Develop frontend features, integrate with the platform, and optimize performance and accessibility.
Leverage Python and JavaScript (including React/Node) to build scalable, data-driven interfaces.
Provide leadership as a Team Lead and coordinate with stakeholders; occasional on-site client visits in the Nashville area.
Accept a hybrid remote arrangement with partial on-site work in Nashville.
