As a Team Real Estate Agent, you will lead lead generation, consult with buyers, convert to signed agreements, and identify ideal homes.
Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers, track tasks with the team's technology platform, and convert prospecting into appointments.
Participate in weekly script practice, ongoing coaching, and partner calls; contribute to team open houses and events.
Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services to grow your book of business.
Ideal candidates are motivated sales professionals with strong communication, relationship-building, and a growth mindset who excel at prospecting and overcoming objections.
