The role
Capgemini Invent seeks an HR Operating Model Specialist to support complex HR transformation programmes by translating operating model design into enterprise-wide change. The role involves contributing to HR service optimisation, process review, workforce analysis, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, technical knowledge of HR systems including Payroll and Time Management, and experience with data analysis and business process design. They should be skilled in process improvement, change management methodologies, and be adaptable within a dynamic environment. Certification in HR, project management, or related areas is desirable, and previous consulting experience is advantageous.
