The role
Coordinate cross-border sales and logistics between Japan and the Americas, ensuring clear communication with customers and production teams.
Maintain order, shipment, and inventory data in Oracle; generate invoices and track payment status.
Collaborate with customers on orders, shipments, and product design/color development to meet specifications.
Support purchasing activities by generating purchase orders and managing accounts payable.
Oversee import shipments, inventory programs (including VMI), and warehouse distribution to optimize availability.
Prepare forecasting and management reports, coordinate production schedules, and negotiate pricing and logistics terms.
