The role
The role involves preparing budgets, forecasts and management accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders to review financial positions, and supporting funding and grant management. The successful candidate will develop financial models, monitor grant outputs, and ensure statutory compliance, including managing the annual audit. Good communication skills, financial analysis experience, and familiarity with financial statements are essential. The position requires a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant with experience in budgeting and financial planning. It offers a benefits package including holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and flexible benefits, with a salary range of £38,000 to £41,250.
