The role
Contribute to the design and implementation of an AI Copilot for ArcGIS Pro, enabling natural language interactions and intelligent assistance for GIS workflows.
Design, develop, and refine AI models, prompts, algorithms, and agents in C# or Python, with emphasis on LLMs and embedding models.
Write scalable, robust, maintainable code in C#, Python, or C++, following industry-standard patterns and deployment practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into stable, high-performance software.
Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advances (LLMs, multimodal models, text/embedding models) and explore frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
Translate requirements into impactful GIS tools for government, public safety, conservation, imagery, and related domains.
