The role
Proactive Industrial Engineer on the production floor delivering hands-on support to address day-to-day challenges and drive mid- to long-term improvements.
Lead the development and refinement of standard operating procedures with a focus on safety, ergonomics, and production efficiency.
Evaluate and improve quality and production performance, serving as a technical liaison between production staff and management.
Contribute to special projects such as fixture design, capital equipment assessments, and project scoping.
Collaborate with Safety, Quality Control, and Purchasing to achieve cross-functional goals.
Operate in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
