The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI systems that learn and predict in diverse business environments, on cloud or on-prem.
Enhance data pipelines and storage to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for modeling.
Research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML methods, including generative AI, NLP, and deep learning, with production-grade MLOps and CI/CD.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions, communicating clearly and effectively.
Build, monitor, and retrain models, manage feedback loops, and ensure monitoring and reporting of model performance.
Travel as needed for client engagements; operate in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time on engagements.
