The role
Carry out regular maintenance and repair work on the hotel's equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly to minimize disruption.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment and address issues.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks, expenses, and parts used.
Assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs and coordinating with external contractors.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and support the Maintenance Manager and team as required.
