The role
Lead strategic negotiations for commercial and government sales contracts, guiding internal teams through complex legal decisions.
Draft, revise, and optimize contract templates and legal documents to streamline processes and reduce risk.
Negotiate and manage Master Service Agreements, Right of Entry, Value Added Reseller Agreements, RFPs, and NDAs with cross-functional stakeholders.
Advise sales and business teams on contract interpretation and dispute resolution while meeting demanding timelines.
Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to inform risk management and compliance.
Collaborate with in-house and outside counsel, mentor contract managers, and contribute to special projects to drive operational excellence and client experience.
