Senior HR Advisor
Provide hands-on, generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and staff. Handle light employee relations matters and act as a trusted advisor on performance, wellbeing, and change initiatives. Design and deliver workshops and lunch & learn sessions; develop practical HR content and tools, including performance plans. Help shape and embed clear, consistent HR processes as the business evolves and implement HR initiatives. Coach managers, support recruitment and workforce planning, and prepare HR information for decision-making. Line manage two HR team members, conduct regular 1:1s focused on delivery, development and wellbeing.
