The role
Lead the design and deployment of large-scale ML models and systems for Offsite Ads, focusing on targeting, relevance, ranking, and engagement.
Develop automated mechanisms, including automated bidding and query expansion, to improve advertising platform efficiency.
Create techniques to provide advertisers with actionable opportunities to boost ROI and marketplace performance.
Architect and scale our ML platform for internet-scale operation, with ambitions toward a full ad exchange, DSP, and SSP.
Mentor engineers, drive cross-team initiatives, and collaborate with product and sales to ship impactful ad features.
Require 10+ years in ML, deep learning, statistics, information retrieval, plus strong communication and ownership in ambiguous environments.
