The role
The University of Nottingham's School of Law is recruiting two fixed-term Assistant Professors to deliver undergraduate modules including Introduction to Law and Legal Theory, Foundations of Tort, Contract Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, Law of Trusts, Public Law and EU Law, with opportunities in Public International Law. Candidates are expected to teach, develop curriculum content, and contribute to research activities in a collegial environment. The position requires a solid understanding of legal principles and excellent communication skills to facilitate student learning and engagement. Technical skills in legal research tools, academic writing, and curriculum design are essential for success in this role. The role environments include university classrooms, lecture theatres, and research spaces dedicated to legal scholarship.
