The role
Seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to support underground utilities and public works projects.
Responsibilities include take-offs and cost estimating for water, sewer, storm drain, and excavation scopes, plus bid packaging.
Identify project opportunities and lead the bid process from initial submission to award.
Prepare and submit bid proposals for private and public works and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
Navigate contract specifications and negotiate contracts while collaborating with the internal team.
Ideal candidates will have construction estimating experience, strong plans/specs knowledge, and a detail-oriented, team-focused approach.
