The role
The role involves supporting large-scale digital transformation projects in defence by developing and maintaining business change plans and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful organisational change. Responsibilities include conducting change assessments, risk mitigation, visualising impact, and facilitating workshops to inspire teams. It requires a collaborative approach working within multidisciplinary teams, including external partners and government bodies, to align messaging and prepare organisations for change. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital programme change, stakeholder management, applying change methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
