The role
Own the flagship event portfolio, from User Conference to Sales Kickoff, delivering end-to-end planning and premium attendee experiences.
Transform Tier-1 shows (RSA Conference, Identiverse, Black Hat) into immersive brand moments with executive dinners and hospitality suites.
Design and execute Winner's Circle programs that motivate top performers and celebrate growth milestones.
Collaborate across Sales, Revenue Ops, and the C-suite to ensure events deliver measurable ROI and business impact.
Manage budgets, vendor selection, contracts, and on-site logistics with a design-first mindset.
Lead post-event analysis and continuous improvement to elevate future programs and processes.
