The role
Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and scale a conversational AI platform.
You will build end-to-end ML-powered features using large models and production-grade Python (and Java backend when needed).
Responsibilities include fine-tuning LLMs, evaluating models, and delivering scalable, cross-functional AI capabilities.
Contribute to platform engineering for ML and backend systems, and explore integrations with MCP and A2A.
Mentor colleagues, elevate engineering quality, and influence roadmap in ambiguous environments.
This is a hands-on, product-focused role that emphasizes experimentation, collaboration, and delivering useful AI experiences to millions of users.
