The role
Provide day-to-day operational legal support to faith-based ministries to advance their religious missions.
Review church and ministry governing documents, handbooks, policies, and select contracts; advise on rights and responsibilities.
Develop and implement legal resources, policies, and best practices for ministry operations.
Educate ministries about threats to religious liberty through speaking engagements, publications, webinars, and other resources.
Build and maintain relationships with churches across evangelical and denominational spectra; expand CMA membership.
Collaborate with Allied Attorneys and the CMA team to deliver exceptional service and meet legal service objectives.
