The role
As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you will independently manage a demanding caseload in Texas.
Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings to advocate for clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute effective case strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, and client communications with clear, persuasive writing.
Negotiate settlements and explore ADR options to achieve favorable outcomes.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and ethical practice to support growth.
